Privacy Policy — LEKHPAL (Fast Work)

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Technical ASK operates LEKHPAL (Fast Work), an ad-supported app. Some features are free; consultations and other paid features may carry charges disclosed before payment. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, including information processed when you speak with an experienced consultant or expert.

LEKHPAL (Fast Work) is not affiliated with, authorised by, or a representative of any government entity. Read our government non-affiliation disclaimer.

1. Information Collection and Use

Depending on the features you use, we process:

The consultation service additionally processes the information described below. If you do not provide information necessary for a feature, that feature may not be available. Where separate consent or device permission is required, it is requested for the relevant activity; this policy does not replace those requests.

2. Consultant and Expert Services

This feature connects users with consultants or experts for private guidance, including Uttar Pradesh revenue and land-related matters within the service scope shown in the app. A consultation fee is for the consultation, not for government approval, a certificate, an official report or preferential treatment. Advice does not guarantee an outcome or replace a decision by the competent authority. A team-verified profile badge is not government accreditation.

To provide these services, we process:

We use this information to arrange consultations, connect participants, deliver messages, manage consultation time and payments, send service notifications, provide support, investigate misuse and resolve disputes.

3. Information Shared with the Other Participant

The consultant or customer you interact with can see your display name, relevant call or booking details, and messages or photos you send, and can hear what you say during a call. The consultation interface does not display your login email address or mobile number to the other participant by default. Information you voluntarily reveal in a call, message or photo will be available to that participant.

Share only information necessary for the consultation. Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, full card details or unnecessary identity documents. Before sharing another person's information or a document containing it, make sure you have authority to do so and conceal details that are not needed.

Consultants must use information received for the consultation and related support, and must not misuse or publish it or use it for unrelated marketing. Report suspected misuse to our support email. Participants may independently copy information or record a conversation outside the app; we cannot guarantee prevention of those actions. Participants must respect privacy and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

4. Voice Calls and Recording

Voice calls use Agora to transmit live audio between participants. Agora processes the audio stream and necessary session, network and device information to deliver the call. The current consultation feature does not enable audio recording or later playback of calls. Call metadata, such as time, duration and connection status, is stored separately from live audio.

If we introduce recording in the future, we will provide an appropriate notice explaining its purpose, access and retention, and obtain any required consent before recording begins.

5. Messages and Photos

Consultation messages and selected photos are stored using our Firebase services so both participants can access the conversation. Authorised support personnel may access relevant messages and photos when needed to investigate a complaint, address misuse or resolve a service issue. These conversations should not be treated as accessible only to the two participants.

The app may stop new messages after the applicable consultation chat window closes, including the 24-hour follow-up window shown in the app. Locking a chat, blocking a participant, ending a call or expiry of a booking does not automatically delete earlier messages, photos or service records.

6. Payments and Receipts

Where paid consultations are available, payments are processed through Razorpay and the payment method you select. The payment provider processes information required to complete and verify the transaction under its policy. We process booking, order and payment identifiers, amount, applicable taxes, transaction status, refund records and receipt details for service delivery, accounting and support.

Payment authentication information such as a UPI PIN, card CVV or banking password should be entered only in the appropriate payment interface, never sent to a consultant or our support team. Consultation charges, validity, cancellation and refund conditions are shown in the relevant booking screens and consultation terms; this Privacy Policy does not itself promise a refund.

7. Consultant Profiles

For consultants, we process profile and service information such as name, profile photo, experience, expertise, languages, biography, availability, fees and ratings. Published profile information is visible to users to help them choose a consultant. Account access, booking administration, earnings and support records are used to administer the consultant's participation. Rating averages and counts may appear on public profiles.

8. Device Permissions and Notifications

You can change permissions in your device settings. Denying microphone access prevents voice transmission; disabling notifications may prevent timely call or message alerts. Notification visibility on a locked device also depends on your device settings.

9. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We use hosting, authentication, cloud storage, calling, notification, advertising and payment providers to operate the Service. In particular, our account backend and Firebase support authentication and consultation records, Firebase supports chat and notifications, Agora supports voice calls, and Razorpay supports consultation payments where available. Our consultation login process may pass login credentials to our existing account backend to verify access; credentials are not shared with consultants.

Providers receive information needed for their functions, subject to their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Authorised personnel may access relevant records for operations, security and support. We may also disclose necessary information to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or to investigate fraud, abuse and threats to users' safety.

We do not sell personal information. Consultation audio, private messages and photos are not used by us to personalise advertising.

Relevant provider privacy information, depending on the features used:

10. Log Data, Advertising and Cookies

The app and its providers may process diagnostic and usage information, including IP address, device information, app configuration, timestamps and error statistics, to maintain reliability and prevent misuse. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information and ad interactions under their policies and your available privacy settings.

Cookies are small files used by websites to remember information. Embedded websites and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, measurement and advertising. Available controls depend on your browser, device and the relevant provider. Restricting them may affect some features.

11. Data Retention

We retain account information for account management; consultation, call, chat and support records for service history, support and dispute handling; and payment, refund and accounting records for transactions and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it is needed, pending disputes, security needs and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Ending a consultation, signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete server records. You may request deletion using the contact details below. Information no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised. Where some records must be retained after a deletion request, we will explain the applicable reason and retain them only for that purpose and the necessary period. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

12. Your Choices and Data Requests

To request access to or a copy of your information, correction, account or data deletion, withdrawal of consent, or to raise a privacy complaint, email mraskyt@gmail.com with the subject LEKHPAL Privacy / Data Request. Include your registered email address, the request and any relevant booking or call identifier. Do not send your password, OTP or payment security credentials.

We may verify account ownership before acting on a request. We will explain the action taken and any lawful reason that limits deletion or disclosure. Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may affect features that need the information. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. Deleting our records cannot remove copies independently held by another participant or records a payment provider must lawfully retain.

13. Security and Processing Locations

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access and access restrictions for consultation records. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Information may be processed in India and other countries where our providers operate, depending on the service and its infrastructure. Such processing is subject to applicable legal requirements and relevant provider arrangements.

14. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. This does not override a higher age threshold or parental-consent requirement under applicable law. Anyone using consultation or payment services must meet the applicable age and consent requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information without the required consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

15. External Websites and Government Information

The app contains links to websites operated by others. When you open such a website, its own privacy policy and terms apply to information you provide there. We do not operate these websites or control their privacy practices.

LEKHPAL (Fast Work) provides convenient access to government information but is not a government app and does not represent any government department. Government links included in the existing app information are:

Confirm current procedures and requirements with the relevant official website or authority. Read the full disclaimer for more information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. For material changes, we will provide any additional notice or request for consent required by applicable law. Please review this page periodically.
